Corina Gheonea

I work as a global community leader for UiPath, a leading software automation company, supporting the growth of AI automation professionals that use the UiPath Business Automation Platform. For 5 years in the role, I had the privilege of developing the entire community strategy and expanding while the organisation was growing from unicorn to successful IPO - all with the support of an amazing team and community leaders.

For 12 years I have developed communities dedicated to tech, education and entrepreneurial ecosystems. My passion is to develop communities that impact the future of work and our society for good. I am the co-founder of two disruptive educational initiatives: first, the Alternative University, a self-directed learning program having the individual and the power of communities at its core; second, the Entrepreneurship Academy, the first bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial studies with an international diploma delivered in Romania.

With the pandemic I got to redesign the way I enjoy work and life, moving into a small village and enjoying nature together with my family and 5 dogs while getting connected and delivering global community programs and initiatives.

I get to support others in their growth by coaching other communities and startups, and also mentoring professionals in their careers and community practice.
